Arrivals & departures

Deposits & reservations

Reservations made in advance require a 25% deposit, payable by credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellations

We ask for 14 days’ notice for cabins and 72 hours’ notice for lodge rooms and RV sites.

• Cancel within the deadline and your 25% deposit is refunded in full.
• Cancel after the deadline and the deposit is retained.
• If we are open for business and you cancel late because of weather, a natural disaster or a personal emergency, we will convert your deposit to a credit on your account for a future stay.
• There are no refunds for no-shows or early check-outs.

Pets

Pets are welcome in selected cabins and rooms for a nightly fee, with a limit of two pets per unit.

• Please tell us you are bringing a pet when you make the reservation, so we can put you in a pet-friendly unit.
• Pets left alone in a cabin or room must be crated, and must be leashed when walked on the property.
• Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pet and disposing of waste properly.
• Pet accidents inside a unit will incur a cleaning fee.

Smoking

All of our cabins and rooms are non-smoking. If there is evidence of smoking inside a unit, a cleaning fee will be charged.

Discounts

• AAA, AARP and AMAC members: 5% off cabins, $5 per night off lodge rooms. Please present a current membership card.
• Seniors (60+) and military: 5% off cabins, $5 per night off lodge rooms, with proof of ID.
• Seven nights in a row: the seventh night is free.

Discounts are not combinable. Please ask when you book rather than at check-out.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Cash is accepted, but we do need a valid credit card on file. We do not accept cheques. State and local lodging tax is additional to the rates quoted.

Groups

Reunions, hunting parties, ski groups and wedding overflow are all welcome, and the fully accessible rec room — pool table, large kitchen, plenty of tables and chairs — is a real asset for a group. Please contact us for group arrangements.

Damages

We expect guests to take reasonable care of the place while they are here. Damage to property, whether accidental or intentional, will be charged at proportional or full replacement cost.

Left-behind items

If you leave something behind, let us know and we will happily post it back to you. We charge postage plus a small handling fee.
